We advise that all Personal Injury Claims must be submitted at the first instance to the Injuries Board and we can assist in making the necessary claim on behalf of Clients in this regard. This system compels the injured party to make an application to the Injuries Board within two years of the accident. The case may not be resolved under the the Injuries Board system and it may then be necessary to issue Legal Proceedings on behalf of the Client and therefore it is essential that the Client seeks legal advice instantly to ensure that the claim reaches a successful conclusion.
