Our aim is to provide you the public with a comprehensive service in relation to the making of a Will, extracting a Grant of Probate/Letters of Administration, advices in relation to Intestacy, Family Settlement, Revenue Returns and Transfer of Assets to Beneficiaries.
We liaise with the Clients accountants or the relevant Revenue Department to obtain the appropriate Tax Clearance in Southern Ireland and if applicable clearance from the appropriate Revenue Department in Northern Ireland.
